Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdur Rahman was honored to join as Chief Guest at the Hosting Summit Bangladesh 2026, organised by Alphanet — a leading ICT and hosting infrastructure company in Bangladesh. The summit brought together technology leaders, entrepreneurs, government representatives, and ICT professionals to discuss the future of digital infrastructure, cloud hosting, and cybersecurity in Bangladesh.

As Chief Guest, the address focused on the essential role of secure, resilient digital infrastructure in supporting national digital transformation; the growing threat landscape facing web hosting and cloud environments; and AI-driven approaches to proactive cyber defence for the hosting and e-commerce ecosystem.

The event reinforced strong academic and professional ties between Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh in the technology sector.
