Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdur Rahman delivered a keynote address at Northern University Bangladesh in January 2026, engaging students, faculty, and researchers in an inspiring discussion on the future of computing, AI, and cybersecurity.
The address covered the current state-of-the-art in Artificial Intelligence — from large language models and multi-agentic systems to edge AI and intelligent IoT — and how these technologies are reshaping cybersecurity, healthcare, critical infrastructure protection, and digital governance globally. Special emphasis was placed on opportunities for Bangladeshi researchers to contribute to and benefit from the global AI revolution.
The visit also fostered academic linkages between Northern University Bangladesh and the University of Prince Mugrin, Madinah, supporting international research collaboration and knowledge exchange.
