Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdur Rahman presented the Advanced Media Lab's comprehensive Multi-Agentic AI Platform for Hajj and Umrah at the Umrah & Visit Forum 2026 (UZF) — a premier international forum dedicated to innovation in pilgrimage management and Islamic tourism. The platform was received with strong interest from government officials, operators, and technology partners.

The platform encompasses a full ecosystem of AI-powered services: intelligent crowd density monitoring and anomaly detection via TAMAYYUZ edge AI cameras; AI-powered pilgrim management and lost person identification; SeerahGPT and HajjGPT multi-lingual conversational AI for spiritual and logistical guidance; blockchain-backed identity and audit trails; smart tent and waste management; and real-time Mutawwif office coordination.

The presentation underscored the significant research and development investment in deploying responsible, scalable AI solutions in service of the world's largest annual gathering of pilgrims.
