UPM Students Achieve National 'Jahizia' Excellence Badge — Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics Among Top Performers

The University of Prince Mugrin Bin Abdulaziz (UPM) is proud to announce that a distinguished group of its students have earned the prestigious Jahizia Excellence Badge (وسام الجاهزية) awarded by the Education and Training Evaluation Authority (ETEC) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Jahizia test is a national standardised assessment designed exclusively for university graduates, measuring professional readiness and competitive skills aligned with the demands of the Saudi labour market and the ambitions of Vision 2030. Achieving the Excellence Badge reflects exceptional performance relative to all participating graduates across the Kingdom.

"This achievement reflects the quality of our educational outcomes, the dedication of our faculty, and the positive impact they have on students in acquiring the knowledge and skills that enhance professional readiness and competitive positioning among the Kingdom's emerging talent pool."
— University of Prince Mugrin

Awardees span four programmes: Software Engineering, Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics, Business Administration, and International Hospitality Management — a testament to UPM's broad academic excellence across disciplines.

"On behalf of the Cybersecurity and Forensic Computing Department, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to our CSFC students who earned this national recognition, and equally to all UPM graduates across every programme who achieved the Jahizia Excellence Badge. Your success is a reflection of your hard work, your professors' dedication, and the institution's commitment to preparing graduates who are truly ready to lead in their fields."
— Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdur Rahman, Head of Cybersecurity and Forensic Computing Department, University of Prince Mugrin

This achievement reinforces UPM's standing as a leading institution shaping Saudi Arabia's next generation of cybersecurity professionals and visionary contributors to Vision 2030.
